New Cut Loose is Here!

I’ve been buying Cut Loose for myself for decades because I’ve always appreciated natural fibers and simple styles that fit well. I’m so excited to be able to now share it with you in our shop! This brand, sewn and dyed in San Francisco, is a cult favorite that started as a stall in a farmer’s market that sold one size tshirts. Since then, it has evolved into a line of clothing that you can feel good in and about. As the name suggests, the vibe is flowy, the styles are simple yet contain unique details and the colors are simply amazing.

When I order, I’m shown body styles and then I pick the colors. Each fabric dyes differently and it’s so much fun putting a collection together that allows for creating multiple outfits and also makes for an appealing shop display. Here is my rep, Aviva, helping me put together an order for this fall.

Back to the present! We have just received our third order for the season and I’d love to share it with you in the pics below. We don’t sell it online because we buy small quantities, but if you are interested please contact us at thehappywomanstore@gmail.com.

The colors in this collection are gorgeous:

Night sky is a deep rich navy; levandula a perfect lilac, fava an intense spring green, watermelon a juicy pink. Amalfi is the blue of Italian seas, and aqueduct a pale and pretty aqua.

If you’ve never seen or worn a lantern pant: the bottom of the pant leg is a lantern shape, giving it an officially artsy look.

Just one last word about quality and laundering. I own many many many pieces. With very few exceptions I throw these pieces in the washer and the dryer. The linen pieces I wash in the washer and then dry for about 15 minutes to get the wrinkles out.

Ok I’m done with the Cut Loose talk - until next time of course!
